Delete Account / Remove My Data
We respect your right to control your data. This page explains how you can request deletion of your account and associated data.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your account and personal data, please use one of the following methods:
- In-app: If available, open the app and go to Settings → Account → Remove Me, then follow the instructions.
- Email: Send a request to gcsostriq@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account.

What Data Is Deleted
Upon verification of your request, we will delete the following data associated with your account:
- Account identifiers (such as email or user ID)
- Profile or preference data
- Stored content associated with your account (if any)
Data That May Be Retained
Certain data may be retained for legal, security, or operational purposes, including:
- Records required to comply with legal obligations
- Fraud prevention or security logs
- Aggregated or anonymized analytics data
Deletion Timeframe
Account deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days. Backup copies may persist for a limited time before being permanently removed.
Third-Party Services
If your account uses third-party services (such as Google Analytics, Firebase, or advertising services), data handled by those providers is subject to their respective privacy policies.
